Of all the blog post from Rebecca West, the research about leadership spoke to me. I do not know if her topic and research would fit on my upcoming research but I like the idea of the program and the positive feedback about "being able to learn within the context in which they are working". I am a strong believer in being able to teach various skills within the context or making it related as possible to their reality.
